First aid
Explore responses to injuries, bleeding, suspected fractures and choking. Guided training focuses on supporting someone who needs help while emergency services are on their way.
TCCC
Tactical Combat Casualty Care covers emergency trauma-care priorities. Topics include major bleeding, airway and breathing, circulation, hypothermia and casualty safety, with instructor-led paired exercises.

- Introduction to the course and its key principles.
- Instructor demonstrations, video and visual learning.
- Guided practical exercises: manikins and AED equipment for CPR, and paired practice for TCCC.
Instructors & completion
Our CPR instructors are certified by the American Red Cross. A certificate of completion is issued after the CPR course. Ask us about the certificate provided for your selected course.
